My name is Jeffrey Barteau. I live on Alamo Road in Brentwood, TN, 37027. Recently, I asked my wife what she wanted for our anniversary this year. “A clean house,” she chuckled. For years, my wife had made our house into a home, and she really deserved the relief. 

I initially hired a cleaning crew to come in and clean the house, taking care to clean sinks, stoves, bathtubs, etc, while my wife was out with friends. They vacuumed the carpet but it still had a lot of traffic stains from the years of living here. I knew she would be home by that night, and I wasn’t sure what to do. 

I asked my friend who he would recommend in a time crunch. He told me to call Safe Dry Carpet Cleaning Service. He said that they were known for being able to fit in appointments last minute! I dialed their number, and was surprised to find out the technician was able to come out in the next two hours! 

Due to the closeness of the appointment time, I expected him to be late. However, Xavier showed up right on time, not a minute too late! He was very knowledgeable as well; he explained the different levels of cleaning, and how the price differed and why. 

He gave us the deep cleaning package, and began by vacuuming the floors again. I thought the cleaning crew had done a well enough job, but I was surprised to see that he pulled up even more dirt before even starting the deep cleaning process. 

He used his low moisture solution, and a buffer to get down deep in the carpet and help break up all of our traffic stains. He worked efficiently and promptly, and showcased his professional skills the entire time. He had fantastic customer service, clearly answering all questions in a calm and respectful manner. 

The process took about 2 hours to complete, as our house is rather large. It contains four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a den. He also noticed tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and told me they also provide tile cleaning services. I will be calling them to come back for that for sure! The carpet only took about an hour to dry after that. 

My wife got home that evening and was in awe of everything that was done for her. She told me that she couldn’t be happier with the results of her carpet especially. Suddenly it felt brand new, and with no harsh chemical smells left behind! That’s important, as my wife has asthma and harsh chemicals can trigger her.
