From the moment I scheduled the appointment, everything went smoothly and professionally. The team was prompt in their communication and made it easy to find a convenient time for the service.
Caleb arrived right on time and was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he would be doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before starting. It’s always refreshing to have someone in your home who is not only skilled but also genuinely respectful and knowledgeable about their work.
The quality of the rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning far exceeded my expectations. My rugs looked refreshed, vibrant, and smelled wonderful. The upholstery, which had seen years of use, now looks nearly new again. I could tell Caleb put a lot of care and effort into making sure every detail was handled properly. The results truly speak for themselves.
