Hi, my name is Sabrina West. I live in a condominium off of Brentwood Pointe in Brentwood, TN, 37027. I am a college student at Vanderbilt College of Arts and Sciences, while also being a full time mother. Three kids, one dog, and one cat later, and I don’t have much time on my hands. At the end of every busy day, my favorite thing to do is to relax on my favorite couch and watch a movie with my husband before bed.

It turns out, the couch is everybody else’s favorite place, too. Over the last few years, we have acquired traffic stains, dirt from the animals, drink spills, and now water stains. Some of the worst stains were as big as grapefruits! And using water and dawn seemed to just make things worse, leaving behind more stains.

I got online and looked for carpet cleaning services in my area. I saw Safe Dry and read testimonies about their fantastic work! Who could turn that down? I called the next morning and they scheduled me for service the same day, even working with my childrens’ school schedule!

Chandler was the technician who arrived, and I must say he was very punctual and professional. He took all of the cushions off of my couch to better assess the condition of the entire sectional, including deep in the sides of it. He showed me the hand buffer he would use, and explained how the solution oxidizes the stains and odors, lifting it out of the beige suede and leaving no traces. Additionally, it was safe to use, even with pets and children living in the home! He did warn me that if he could not remove the stains, they would be considered permanent, however, he had full confidence that he could fix the problem for me! I knew exactly what to expect. He greatly surpassed expectations, however.

It only took about an hour and a half, but I was genuinely astounded by the look of my new couch! It looked brand new, as if I had just purchased it for the first time! He also added protectant, to protect the integrity of the sectional and keep it safe from damage, staining, and, of course, water. My sectional was dry an hour later, before my children ever even got home from school! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how clean and smooth my couch was. It reminded me of when my husband and I purchased it as young newly-weds. It brought back a sentimental nostalgia, and only further proved the skill and knowledge behind each cleaning they perform. And they are even more helpful than that! They’ll even give you tips on the best way to keep your upholstery looking fresh and clean everyday!
