I’m Leesa Katherine, and I live on Frazier Ave Chattanooga, TN 37405. I recently scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning with Safe-Dry®, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment Kade arrived, it was clear he cared about doing a great job. I’ve already recommended this company to a friend, and I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Kade showed up a little later than the scheduled time, but I appreciated that the team kept me updated so I wasn’t left wondering. Once he got here, he was professional, friendly, and got right to work. He made sure to walk me through the process, and throughout the cleaning, he checked in to make sure I was happy with how things were going.

What impressed me most was Kade’s attention to detail and his commitment to getting the job done right. After he had cleaned everything, packed up his equipment, and was just about to head out, I realized two of my couch cushions hadn’t been done yet. I called out to him, and without hesitation, he smiled, unpacked his gear, and took care of it right away.

He didn’t act annoyed or rushed, he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left. That kind of customer service is rare, and it really made the experience stand out. Kade even cleaned up after himself, leaving my home in great shape.

Overall, I give Safe-Dry® a solid five stars. From communication to customer care to the results themselves, everything was handled with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’m so glad I chose Safe-Dry®, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks for a job well done!
