He took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and clearly knew what he was doing. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to ensure I was comfortable with everything really stood out. He even helped me move a large rug just to make sure the carpet underneath was properly cleaned.

As for the results, I’m so impressed. The process was gentle, effective, and safe, just as promised. While the pricing from the ad was different from the actual quote, Marvin made sure we found a fair middle ground that worked for both of us.
