As a resident of Heather Ln Friendswood, TX 77546, I had the pleasure of working with Trevor from Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was quick, professional, and incredibly effective. Trevor truly exceeded my expectations with how well he handled my carpets.
One of the biggest issues I was dealing with was pet stains and odors, particularly dog urine that had left a strong smell in one of the rooms. Trevor got right to work and treated the problem areas with care. To my surprise, the odor was completely gone, and the stains that I thought were permanent disappeared as if they had never been there. The freshness in the room after he was done was unbelievable.
I was also impressed with how fast the drying process was. In the past, when I’ve had carpets cleaned, I was stuck with soggy floors for hours. This time, however, there was no standing water, no smooshy carpet underfoot, and within about an hour everything was completely dry. It made the process so much easier since I could go back to using my home almost immediately.
There was one spot in particular that had been a headache for me for a long time. It was a large, dark stain that not only looked bad but also smelled strongly of mildew. I had tried everything to get rid of it with no luck. Trevor, however, handled it with ease. When he was finished, the stain was gone and the smell was eliminated, making my carpet look and feel fresh again.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Trevor was professional, friendly, and very detailed in his work. Safe-Dry® has earned my trust, and I will definitely call them again for future cleanings.
