As a resident of Live Oak St, Baytown, TX 77520. I recently had the pleasure of working with Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Trevor came out right on time and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and tackling some tough pet stains. With an 18-year-old dog in the house, accidents are just a part of life, but Trevor handled everything with care and professionalism.

From the moment he arrived, Trevor was courteous, efficient, and extremely professional. He took the time to walk through the areas that needed attention, explained the process, and got to work quickly without cutting any corners. What really stood out to me was how different this type of service was compared to traditional steam or shampoo carpet cleaning. It’s a totally different experience, but one that really works.

It’s important to note that Safe-Dry® uses a dry cleaning process, which means no heavy soaking, no hot water scrubbing, and no long dry times. I’ll admit, it was a change from what I was used to, but the results speak for themselves. Our carpets looked clean, felt refreshed, and were dry incredibly fast. No soggy floors or waiting hours to walk on them.

Trevor also did a great job removing pet-related stains and odors, which was a huge relief. I wasn’t sure how well the dry method would tackle those specific areas, but it made a noticeable difference. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied before he wrapped up. I appreciated his transparency and thoroughness.

We are very happy with the service, and I would absolutely recommend Safe-Dry® to anyone looking for a more efficient, pet-safe way to clean their carpets. And if you can, ask for Trevor. He was fantastic! We’ll definitely be calling them again in the future. Thanks again, Trevor!
