From the moment Jinger arrived, she impressed us with her punctuality and professionalism. She took the time to explain the Safe-Dry® cleaning process in detail, setting clear expectations from the beginning. Since our carpets are 41 years old, Jinger was honest in letting us know that she wasn’t sure how well they would respond to the cleaning, which I greatly appreciated. Her honesty and transparency immediately built trust.

Once she got to work, Jinger’s diligence and attention to detail were remarkable.
