My name is Cindy Cole, and I live in Oxford Road, Birmingham, AL 35005. I recently had Safe-Dry® come out to clean my carpet and upholstery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Johnny was my technician, and from start to finish, he was an absolute professional.

He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. It’s always a good feeling when a service provider respects your time. Johnny introduced himself, explained the cleaning process, and got to work right away. He was kind, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing.

What stood out the most was how hard he worked to remove the stains from my carpet and furniture. There were a few spots I didn’t think could come out, but Johnny gave it his full effort and made a noticeable difference. His attention to detail was excellent, and he made sure I was happy with the results every step of the way.

Johnny also made sure to keep everything neat and clean. He was careful with my furniture and took the time to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and wants every customer to have a great experience.

Overall, I give Safe-Dry® a solid five stars. From communication to customer care to the results themselves, everything was handled with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’m so glad I chose Safe-Dry®, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks for a job well done!
