I am Meg Harvey, a resident of Pecan Ridge, Southaven, MS 38671. I had Safe-Dry® come to my home today to help with some stubborn old carpet stains that had been left behind by the previous homeowners. My husband and I had tried just about every store-bought carpet cleaner on the market to get them out, especially in one specific area of the house, but nothing ever worked. We were honestly starting to think those stains were permanent.

From the moment Cory and his team arrived, they were friendly, professional, and confident in their process. They listened to our concerns, took a close look at the problem areas, and explained exactly what they were going to do. Their communication and willingness to answer all of our questions put us at ease immediately. It was clear they knew what they were doing.

To our surprise, the team was able to completely lift the old stains that we had been struggling with for months, if not years. The transformation was incredible. Not only were the stains gone, but the carpet looked refreshed and smelled clean without any strong chemical odors. Best of all, the entire service took less than an hour from start to finish.

With the holidays just around the corner, we’re absolutely thrilled to have clean carpets again. It makes a huge difference in how the whole home feels. We can now welcome guests without feeling self-conscious about those unsightly spots in the carpet. It’s a big relief, and the timing couldn’t be better.
