My name is Kenneth Boerema, and I live on Southgate Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN 37128. I recently hired Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning for the first time to take care of some pet stains and general wear on my carpets. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m really glad I gave them a shot.

From the start, the technician made a great impression. He arrived exactly on time, which I always appreciate, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process to me before getting started. That level of transparency and professionalism immediately gave me confidence in the service.

Lewis, the technician who handled the job, was both courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and he clearly knew what he was doing. It’s not often you come across someone who takes pride in their work the way he did.

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about Safe-Dry®’s dry cleaning method. I’m used to the old-school steam cleaning, so I wasn’t sure how effective this process would be, especially with pets in the house. But I was pleasantly surprised. The eco-friendly and pet-safe products they used worked incredibly well, completely removing all the stains and odors.
