As a resident of Sugartree Ln in Franklin, TN 37064, my name is Sarah Saysoukha, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Logan from Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning. From the moment he arrived, Logan impressed me with his professionalism, punctuality, and friendly attitude. One of my biggest challenges has been dealing with pet accidents from our puppy on the couch. Logan carefully explained his cleaning process and what to expect before getting started. He worked patiently and thoroughly to remove all the dog urine stains and odors that had been bothering us for weeks.
