Before your appointment, please read carefully to understand some important information regarding your upcoming appointment with Safe- Dry Carpet Cleaning:
- Thank you for scheduling an appointment with Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning! Your appointment has been scheduled for a technician to come out and evaluate the items you have interest in cleaning. Upon arrival, your technician will take a look at the condition of the items, obtain measurements, and be able to provide you with an exact price, upfront and in writing. So long as the pricing is agreeable, your technician is fully prepared to perform the cleaning during that same appointment time. In an event that you decide not to have the cleaning done, there is no charge on the technician coming out and it is a free estimate. Pricing is based on factors such as: item size, condition, cleaning code, thickness, and/or any other factors that may be necessary to perform a satisfactory cleaning.
- Safe-Dry® Carpet Cleaning offers a 100% satisfactory guarantee on all cleanings! Your technician will make sure you are satisfied with the results before leaving, but in the event that you have any concerns after the cleaning, please contact us immediately at 1-800-723-3379. In rare occurrences spots may reappear, odors may linger. Please allow 24-48 hours after initial odor treatments as Safe-Dry® does not mask or cover up odors and it may take that amount of time for odors to dissipate. Safe-Dry® must have the opportunity to address or correct any cleaning concerns.
- Unless approved in advance, payment will be due at the time of service, once the service has been satisfactory completed. Safe-Dry® accepts debt, credit cards, and checks. There is a 3% processing fee on all debt and credit card payments. Safe-Dry® DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.
- Safe-Dry® will perform all services in a professional manner but cannot be held responsible for manufacturer or use related problems, or product limitations such as: shrinkage; fugitive or migrating dyes; yarns that might bleed; bleached spots, sun or other forms of fading; cellulosic browning; texture change; fibers or yarns weakened by age, chemical or insect damage; degraded adhesives, wear, or permanent discoloration or stains; or detergent or spotter damage or residue. Certain fabrics such as but not limited to: viscose, jute, sisal, seagrass, white/light color fabrics, and others are more subject to water staining or cellulose browning even when cleaning following the cleaning instructions. Safe-Dry® in no way can be held responsible in the event that any of these problems occur. It is further understood that there is no guarantee that all stains can be completely removed. Our guarantee is to give you expertise and workmanship consistent with industry standards of care, combined with results that may be limited by the conditions and cleaning situation we encounter. Although we exercise care in avoiding even the manufacturing or use-related problems, your signature indicates that you understand that there are risks involved that are beyond our control, and that you are having this carpet, rug, and/or upholstery cleaned with these risks in mind.
- The parties to this agree that in the event that a dispute arises between the parties, the parties will not sue each other in court, but will submit said dispute to first mediation as a condition precedent and then if not resolved to binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties, and it is agreed that judgment on the decision may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
